You don’t have to be a celebrity to afford a little extra help!  Right Hand Woman offers reasonable hourly and flat rates for services.  Perfect for when you want help every now and then, with a special event, or on a regularly scheduled basis. 

 

Pricing   
Consultations are free, no obligation and confidential! 

 

    Hourly Rate: $17 per hour* (1 hour minimum, 15-minute increments thereafter)
Examples of services billed at the hourly rate: administrative services, grocery shopping, online research, holiday cards and invitations (writing, addressing and mailing), pet care visits, and general errand running.  *the 

 

    Flat Rate: Request a free quote for a flat rate on larger jobs. 

Examples of services billed at the flat rate: Business projects, event planning and vacation ‘faux home occupancy’.

    Gift Certificates

Why not give a helping Right Hand to a friend, work associate, or loved one!  Gift certificates can be purchased in hourly blocks and will make you the awesome person who helped simplify their day.

 

 

Hours of Service

I am at your service from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.   Arrangements can be made regarding early morning, evening or weekend hours, and for any special circumstances. 

 

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit card.  Payment is normally made after a service has been completed; however some services will require a deposit paid in advance.  Payment terms are strictly 7 days.

 

*     A deposit will be required to cover any purchases over $50.00.

*    Third party or vendor pricing is separate, if applicable.  Fees such as parking, tolls and booking costs are additional. 

*     There is a $35.00 charge on returned checks.

*   In the event Right Hand Woman increases its charges, you will be notified in writing by standard post or email.  New charges will be effective 30 days after such notice has been given.

 

Scheduling Notice

I ask that you please give me a 48 hour notice to schedule a service; however I will attempt to fulfill last minute requests at every available opportunity.  At this time, there is no additional charge for same-day service requests!

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations should be called or texted to 352-678-2680 at least two hours prior to a scheduled service.  A minimum one-hour fee will apply to any ‘no-shows’ or missed appointments.  Please do not email to cancel an appointment.

 

Privacy Policy

I value my clients and use discretion. Information will never be disclosed to third parties unless permission is obtained.
